- One 28-ounce can whole plum tomatoes, drained
- One 8-ounce can tomato sauce
- One 15 1/2 ounce can red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- One 15 1/2 ounce can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 3 tablespoons packed light brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 2 teaspoons dried basil
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 2 bay leaves
