- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons cumin seeds
- 2 tablespoons smoked paprika
- 1 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice, plus zest for garnish
- 1 green plantain, peeled and thinly sliced
