Ingredients
- 2 Large Potatoes
- 2-3 Green Chilies ( or use 1 dried red chili)
- 1 Medium Size Onion, finely sliced (optional, I like to add)
- 2 tablespoons Posto/Poppy Seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon Kashmiri Red chili powder/ Paprika (used for colour, optional, I like to add)
- 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder, ½ tsp (optional, I skip)
- 1-2 tablespoons Oil
- Dash Salt
