• 1 1/2 cups whole milk, warmed
• 1 1/2 cups yogurt
• 1 teaspoon lemon juice
• 1 1/4 pounds cracked bulgur wheat
• 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
• 1/4 cup semolina
• 13 eggs, slightly beaten
