Ingredients
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 small onion
- 1 can black beans
- 1 bay leaf
- ¾ tsp. chili powder
- ¾ tsp. salt
- 1 avocado
- 4 flour tortillas
- 1⅓ c. your favorite kind of grated cheese
- 1 tomato
- 2 c. cooked rice (Just follow the package directions if you don’t have leftover rice.)
- 1 c. salsa
