- 1 pound fusilli
- the juice of two lemons
- 1 pound okra (the smaller ones if you can find them; they will be more tender)
- Canola oil
- kosher salt
- freshly ground black pepper
- 1 pound smoked mozzarella, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 bunch fresh basil, leaves picked and washed, stems discarded
