- 1 bottle bamboo shoots already grated long pieces
- 2 teaspoon red & green chillis thinly sliced or dried crushed red pepper to taste
- 2 small red onion thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 2 spring onion chopped
- 1/2 cup mint leaves
- 3/4 cup of cilantro leaves chopped
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon roated sticky rice fine blended
- 1 teaspoon of sesame seed (optional)
