- 1 tsp red pepper flakes, more if you want it hotter.
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 can(s) 14 ounce can diced tomatoes
- 32 oz chicken broth
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 c cooked rice
