Croissant Bread Pudding Ham Cups
Ingredients
- 6 thin slices deli ham, patted dry
- 3 large eggs
- 3/4 c. half-and-half
- 2 tbsp. granulated sugar
- 1 c. pure vanilla extract
- Pinch kosher salt
- 1 to 3 day-old croissants, torn into 2-inch pieces (you need 3 cups total)
- Demerara or turbinado sugar (such as Sugar in the Raw), for sprinkling
- Berries, for serving
