Apple Coffee Cake
Ingredients

- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 5 1/2 Tbsp unsalted butter, room temperature
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1 medium Cortland or other baking apple, peeled and sliced
