- 1 cup white wine
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 1/2 cup grated Kentucky tomme cheese
- 1/2 pint sweet 100 tomatoes
- 1 cup oil
- 1/3 pound fresh chives
