- 1/4 cup dark brown sugar
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons mirin
- 1 1/2 teaspoon wasabi paste
- 1 1/2 tablespoon ginger paste
- 4 cloves of garlic, finely minced
- Vegetable oil, for frying
