- For the salad:
- 1 6-8 oz sushi grade ahi tuna
- 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons five-spice powder
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- Kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Sesame seeds
- Your favorite mixed greens (i love mixed baby kale greens)
- 2 radishes, thinly sliced
- 1/3 english cucumber, thinly sliced
- 2 scallions, thinly sliced
- For the dressing:
- 1/2 teaspoon wasabi paste
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
