- 3-4 Roma tomatoes cut into cubes

- 3 oz. feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 seedless cucumber peeled and diced
- 1/2 cup kalamata olives, pitted
- 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
- 1/2 head romaine lettuce, washed, dried and cut into bite-sized pieces
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- olive oil for drizzling
