- 1 pound phyllo dough
- 2 cup shelled pistachios, chopped and divided
- 1 cup raw walnuts, chopped
- 1 cup Medjool dates, pitted and chopped
- 1 teaspoon cardamom (hale)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2-4 tablespoon brown sugar, to taste
- 1.5 sticks of butter
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 teaspoon rose water (sub vanilla if needed)
