Ingredients
- For the peach filling:
- 2 Small peaches, sliced 1/8" thick (about 1-1/4 cup of slices or 215 gm)
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- Pinch of salt
- For the biscuits:
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2-1/2 tablespoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup unsalted butter, ice cold and diced
- 1-1/4 cups milk
- Extra milk and sugar for the tops of biscuits, if desired
- For the cream cheese glaze:
- 2 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
