- 1/8 Red pepper
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 3/4 cup Chopped Flat Leaf parsley, divided.
- Salt and ground pepper to taste
- 3 Cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup Red onion or shallot
- 2 to three cans of diced tomatoes
