- 2 tbsp. sake
- 3 tbsp. white miso paste
- 1 tbsp. mirin
- 4 oz. fresh white fish, cut in 1" pieces
- 4 oz. enoki mushrooms
- 8-16 slices Japanese fish cake
- 1/4 cup green onions (for garnish)
- 4 eggs, poached (optional)
