- 1 teaspoon finely grated peeled fresh ginger
- 2 ripe avocados, peeled, pit removed and chopped
- 1 jalapeno, chopped (seeds removed for less heat)
- 1 small garlic clove, finely grated
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
