Nana Frankeltons Sausage Stuffing
Ingredients
- 1 pound sausage, thawed
- 1 stick of butter
- 1 medium potato, peeled and chopped
- 1 stalk of celery, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 yellow onion, chopped
- 1 bag of sage stuffing mix
- 4 cups hot water
- salt and pepper, to taste
- Bell's seasoning, to taste
