- 2 cups extra-virgin olive oil
- 3 tablespoons drained capers
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 sweet red bell pepper, cored, seeded, and finely chopped
- 1 sweet yellow pepper, cored, seeded, and finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons Sherry vinegar
- Salt and pepper
