Ingredients
- 2 large Sweet potatoes, diced into 1 inch cubes
- 1 Bell pepper, diced into 1 inch pieces
- 1- 1 1/2 cup Carrots, diced into 1 inch circles
- 12 oz Brussels sprouts halved
- 3 Cups Cauliflower cut into small florets
- ¼ Cup Olive Oil
- 1 Tbsp Dried Oregano
- 2 Tsp Parsley
- 1 Tsp Dried Rosemary
- 1 Tsp Dried Thyme
- 1 Tsp Dried Basil
- ½ Tsp Salt
- 1 Tbsp Freshly Ground Black Pepper
- 1 Egg, 1 Egg white (I usually do this combo of eggs, but if you're an all egg white person or a yolk lover, do what you need to do:)
