Ingredients
- 1/3 cup stock (chicken or vegetable)
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon apricot preserves
- 1 tablespoon dry red wine
- 2 teaspoon cornstarch
- 2 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 splash rice wine vinegar
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 medium carrots, peeled and sliced into rounds
- 1 head of broccoli (depending on size, use your best judgment)
- 6 ounce mushrooms (shiitake are great)
- 1 2 oz. package cellophane noodles
