- About 2 cups beef broth or stock
- 1 (28-ounce) can crushed tomatoes
- 1 can garbanzo beans or chickpeas, rinsed and drained
- 1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 can kidney beans (red or white), rinsed and drained
- ½ cup reduced-fat sour cream for garnish
- ½ cup chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley for garnish
