- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled and lightly crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon red chile pepper flakes
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 2 tablespoons capers
- 12 oil-cured black olives, pitted and quartered
- Small handful flat-leaf parsley, chopped
