2-3 heads broccoli (~ 4 cups of bite-sized pieces)
1/2 head cauliflower (2 cups; optional)
1 red bell pepper
1-2 cups shelled edamame (I use frozen)
1/2 cup high-quality olive oil
2 tablespoons very coarse sea salt (I highly recommend sel gris from the north coast of France---Trader Joe's sells a poor man's version as "coarse sea salt")
