College Hot sauce and Ketchup Sweet Potatoes
Ingredients
- 1-2 sweet potatoes
- canola or olive oil
- 1 small diced white onion
- 1/2 bulb Garlic
- 1/4 (ish) cups ketchup
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 3 (ish) tablespoons hot sauce (i use franks red hot)
- 1/2 tablespoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 (ish) teaspoons cayenne
- 1/2 (ish) teaspoons cumin
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 tablespoon fish sauce *optional
