Mushroom Stroganoff
Ingredients
- 1 pound button mushroom, stems removed and sliced
- 1/2 large onion, diced
- 1 cup water or veg stock, up to 1 cup*
- 2-3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1 splash worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard, heaping
- 1/4 cup vegan yogurt
- 1 splash olive oil
- 1-2 tablespoons AP flour
- 2 teaspoons smoked paprika, really amount to taste
- 1/4 cup flat leaf parsley, rough chopped
- 1 packet noodles, cooked according to package instructions
