- 2 Slices of gluten-free vegan bread, crusts removed and finely crumbled
- 1 Brown onion, grated
- 300 grams Organic plain tempeh, grated
- 4 Sprigs thyme, stems discarded
- 2 teaspoons Nutritional yeast
- 1 pinch Salt
- For the gravy
- 1 tablespoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon Vegetable stock powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Smoked sweet Hungarian paprika
- 1/2 cup Chickpea flour
- 1 1/2 cups Water
- 2 tablespoons Gluten-free soy sauce
