Ingredients
- 2 pounds fish (I usually use cod but any fish will do)
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 2 lemons sliced thin
- 4 handfuls cherry or grape tomatoes cut in half
- 1 cup fresh basil (or any other fresh herb; fennel fronds, mint, shiso)
- sale and pepper to taste
- 2 cloves garlic, pressed*
