- 1 1/3 cup warm water (about 110′f)
- 3 tablespoons lard, melted
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3 cups bread flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup hoisin sauce
- 1 cucumber, peeled and sliced
