- 1/2 cup Celery ( chopped )
- 1/2 cup carrots ( chopped )
- 1 cup Red Onion ( diced )
- 2 Butternut Squash (peeled, seeded, and diced)
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup Apple-cider Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 1 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
- to taste Kosher Salt
