- 1 Onion – Chopped
- 4 Garlic Cloves – Sliced
- 9 tablespoons Tomato Paste
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 3 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 700 milliliters Boiling Water
- A small bunch of fresh coriander – chopped
- Salt and Pepper
- 2 Tomatoes - cubed
