- 1/4 cup minced onion
- 1 garlic clove minced
- 4 ounces grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 ounces grated Asiago cheese
- 8 ounces shredded Fontina cheese
- 8 ounces shredded Provolone cheese
- 1 pound elbow macaroni cooked 3-min short or recommended time, strained
- 1/2 cup pasta water
- Toppings: Ingredients and Preparation - Mix all of the following into a bowl
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 5 ounces melted butter
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 2 ounces crumbled cooked bacon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
