- 2 sticks unsalted butter, cut into chunks
- 2 tablespoon brandy
- 1/2 tablespoon vanilla
- 9.6 ounce Caillebaut white chocolate, shaved/sliced small
- 3 ounce heavy cream
- 6 3/4 teaspoon green tea powder
- 3 pinches kosher salt
