- 1 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- 1 garlic clove, thinly sliced
- 1/2 tsp. peppercorns
- 1/2 tsp. soy sauce
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup (250 ml) Gochujang Noodle Sauce
- 8 oz. (250 g) noodles or pasta of choice
- Toasted sesame oil for drizzling
- 1/2 firm Asian pear or stone fruit, peeled and julienned
- 2 Persian cucumbers, julienned
- Black or white sesame seeds for garnish
- 2 scallions, thinly sliced on the bias
