Ingredients
- 1 tart shell (I used a 4.5 inch one)
- 1/2 cup blueberries (feel free to add more!)
- 2 1/2 tablespoon plain whipped cream (make your own with heavy cream, or use store bought)
- 1/2 teaspoon matcha tea powder
- 1 teaspoon powdered sugar (confectioner’s sugar) + more for dusting
