Ginger Dumplings Filled with Squash
Ingredients
- 1 medium squash - I used red kuri
- 3 tablespoon sesame oil
- 4 spring onion, sliced
- 5 gram ginger, peeled and grated
- 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
- pinch salt & white pepper
- 1 packet gyoza wrappers *
- oil of choice to cook the dumplings
- 3 tablespoon shaoxing wine
- 3 tablespoon light soy sauce
- pinch chili flakes
