- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 cup cold water
- small bowl of water
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Chinese black vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- a pinch of white pepper
- Chinese hot pepper sauce (optional)
