- 2 cups Rolled Oats (see Step 2) or 1 cup Oat Flour
- 1 Egg
- 1 Banana, very ripe
- 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 2 teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 2 tablespoons Sugar
- Butter or oil, to fry pancakes
- Maple syrup, honey, etc., for topping
