- 1 tablespoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon Black Pepper Powder
- 1 tablespoon Red Chilli Powder
- 0.5 tablespoon Baking Soda
- 2-3 Finely Chopped Green Chillies
- 1/4 cup water to make thick batter
- Oil for greasing plate
- 1 teaspoon Oil
- 1 tablespoon Jeera
- 5-6 peanuts
- 1 Green Chilli cut lengthwise
