- 1/4 c warm water (about 115 degrees)
- 1/2 c sugar
- 4 1/2 tsp yeast
- 1 c milk (warm, about 115 degrees)
- 1 3/4 c bread flour
- 1/2 c butter-flavored crisco
- 1/4 c milk (wam, about 115 degrees)
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 egg yolks, reserve whites
- 2 1/4 c bread flour
- 30 little smokies sausages or 15 larger sausages (i prefer the ones stuffed with cheese & jalapeno)
- 2 egg whites
- 2 Tbsp water
