- Mint - 1 bunch
- Cilantro - 1/2 bunch
- Green chillies - 8-10 medium sized
- Yogurt - 2 table spoons
- Salt to taste
- Tamarind concentrate - 2 tablespoons
- Water - 1/2 cup
- Brown sugar - 3 tablespoons
- White sugar - 3 tablespoons (you could choose to use just one type of sugar)
- Chaat masala - 1 tablespoon Salt to taste
