Ingredients
- 1/2 cup raw pepitas
- 1/2 cup raw sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup nut of your choice (I suggest pistachios, cashews or almonds)
- 1 tablespoon maca powder
- 1-2 tablespoon maple syrup (based on your desired level of sweetness)
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 3-4 tablespoon water (start with 3T, adjust as needed)
