Ingredients
- 1 prebaked Pie crust--see my recipe for processor pie crust or use your favorite
- 1 1/2 cups plain nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- 1 tablespoon each fresh tarragon and chives, minced
- zest of 1 lemon
- 25 thin stalks asparagus, cut into 1 1/2 inch lengths
