Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground pork
- 1 head of broccoli (approximately 1.5-2 cups chopped – we didn’t use the stem but you could)
- 3 Tbsp Herbox Sodium Free Chicken Bouillon
- 1/2 medium onion
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 cup water
- 1/8-1/4 tsp ground ginger (depending on how gingery you like it)
- Ground black pepper to taste
