Fiery roasted tomato soup
Ingredients
- 4 cups canned or frozen roasted tomatoes, or 8-10 large ripe tomatoes
- olive oil
- salt and pepper
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 1 tablespoon Harissa (or a little more for a little more spice kick!)
- 1/4 cup creme fraiche
