- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp white pepper
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1½ tsp cornflour
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 40 defrosted pre-made dumpling wrappers
- vegetable oil, for frying
- 1 tbsp Chinese black vinegar
- 1 tsp chilli oil
- ½ tbsp sesame oil
- 1 small spring onion, finely sliced
