- 1 tablespoon garlic salt
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes
- 1/2 tablespoon ground cumin
- 1/2 tablespoon paprika
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 2 teaspoons dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon allspice Seitan:
- 1 cup vital wheat gluten
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
- 2 tablespoons gyro seasoning (recipe below)
- 1 cup cold water
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil Gyros:
- 4-6 vegan pitas
- 1 onion, finely sliced, optional
- 1 tomato, finely sliced, optional
