Ingredients
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 pound steak (I used top sirlion), cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 1/2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 cup beef bone broth
- 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- For the mashed potatoes:
- 3-4 large russet potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/3 cup greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp butter
- Salt, pepper and garlic powder to season
